Risk Committee

Membership:

The Risk Committee consists of active FIRMA members in good standing and is a Board appointed committee.

Mission Statement:

The Risk Committee identifies and addresses emerging operational issues that may impact FIRMA’s infrastructure, operations, membership, and third party relationships.

Functions:

  • Monitor and oversee FIRMA’s operating policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain vendor management and privacy programs.
  • Review insurance coverage annually and recommend changes.
  • Address additional issues impacting FIRMA as assigned by the Board.

Committee Meetings:

The Committee meets virtually at least quarterly; and in person as needed during one of the quarterly meetings.
