Peer Groups

FIRMA peer groups are small, member-driven networks designed to facilitate professional networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among FIRMA members. Established in 2016 as a member benefit, peer groups allow members to connect based on geography (e.g., East Coast), discipline (e.g., audit), business line (e.g., personal trust), or other criteria.

Most groups meet virtually by video conferencing several times per year, and group size typically ranges from 5–20 members. Peer group leaders determine the organization and membership size, while FIRMA assists in populating groups with interested members.

If you would like to join or lead a FIRMA peer group, please contact [email protected].
