  • Five 90-minute stand-alone webinars
  • Half-day webinar (July) - three hours
  • Full-day webinar (October) – five one-hour sessions

2027 National Conference (location to be determined)

  • One-hour keynote, general, and breakout sessions

Submission Guidelines
When preparing your proposal and suggested topics, please:

  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise and experience as a speaker.
  • Provide current data, case studies, or examples that strengthen learning outcomes.
  • Focus on practical strategies, tools, and takeaways that attendees can apply immediately.
  • Design your session for engagement (Q&A, polling, case studies, or takeaway tools).
  • Ensure the content is educational in nature. Sales pitches or product promotion are not permitted.


Speaker Policies

  • Selected speakers must meet deliverable deadlines (e.g., presentation submission). Missing deadlines may result in session cancellation and affect eligibility for future events.
  • Presentation materials must be provided in the required FIRMA format and are subject to content review.
  • Webinars and conference sessions are volunteer opportunities. FIRMA does not provide speaking fees unless otherwise indicated. Reasonable travel expenses for the National Conference will be reimbursed if required.


How to Submit
All proposals must be submitted through FIRMA’s email at [email protected]. Upon submission, you will receive confirmation that your proposal has been received. A member of FIRMA’s Conference or Education committee will contact you to discuss.
