Member Experience Committee

Membership:

The Member Experience Committee consists of active FIRMA members in good standing.

Mission Statement:

The Member Experience Committee supports FIRMA’s mission to advance fiduciary audit, compliance, and risk professionals in wealth management and trust services. The Member Experience Committee is committed to providing effective communication between the FIRMA’s Board of Directors and its members, as well as being an ambassador for FIRMA within the industry.

Functions:

  • Provide oversight and coordination for the planning, execution, and risk management of the FIRMA membership and member value programs.
  • Provides both strategic and operational oversight of the new membership process, member retention, and endeavors to continuously improve the value of FIRMA to our members.
  • Develop marketing initiatives to increase awareness of the Association, its member benefits, and enhance participation in FIRMA events and programs.

Committee Meetings:

The Member Experience Committee meets quarterly or as needed throughout the year.
