Education Committee

Membership:

The Education Committee consists of active FIRMA members in good standing.

Mission Statement:

The Education Committee supports FIRMA’s commitment to educational excellence by delivering continuing education programs, developing training resources, and promoting high professional standards for members.

Functions:

  • Develop and oversee FIRMA’s Continuing Education (CE) Program.
  • Communicate CE requirements and monitor biennial attestations.
  • Conduct CE compliance validations and manage appeals.
  • Identify training topics, speakers, and networking opportunities for FIRMA events which includes the Annual Training Conference as well as our monthly FIRMA Webinars..
  • Maintain a library of speakers and training resources.
  • Provide quarterly updates for the FIRMA FORUM as needed.

Committee Meetings:

The Committee meets virtually on a monthly basis, or as needed.
