Registration fees for the 2026 conference are as follows:
Conference fees: FIRMA Member $2,350 Non-Member $2,850
Group Discount: For groups of 6 or more from the same organization, there is a $125 discount off the above prices.
- Before registering as a Group attendee, please verify with your company that at least 6 employees from your organization will be attending. We can no longer provide a single invoice for Group registrations. Each attendee must pay online individually for their registration, or submit their invoice to their organization if paying with one check.
- Attendees are responsible for knowing their Group status and registering with the correct code to obtain the discount.

State and Federal Regulator fees: FIRMA Member $2,150 Non-Member $2,650
Early Bird Discount: Receive a $100 discount when registered and paid by March 11, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received through April 1, 2026 receive a refund less a $150 service fee.
- Cancellations received April 2 through April 8, 2026 receive a refund less a $300 service fee.
- Cancellations received after April 8, 2026 are nonrefundable.
- Registrants with unpaid balances who cancel after April 8, 2026, will be assessed a $300 service fee.
