Francis E. McGovern is a Professor of Law at Duke University School
of Law. In addition, he is a prolific writer and has served as a
special master in some of the most complex cases in the litigation
system including the distribution of SEC Fair Funds. He will discuss
how fiduciaries can fulfill their obligations when settlements have
been reached and plans of distribution are being implemented in
securities cases.
