• Understand the utility of relying upon one or more Prohibited Transaction Exemptions (“PTEs”)

• Understand the utility of doing a full Prohibited Transaction analysis in connection with a perceived PTE compliance failure
• Understand strategies to avoid certain Prohibited Transactions (even when relying upon a PTE)
• Differentiate the enforcement authority that exists between DOL (EBSA) and Treasury (IRS)
• Reinforce your understanding of DOL’s interpretive authority over Prohibited Transactions and PTEs
• Connect your risk tolerance with PTE compliance and strategies to avoid certain Prohibited Transactions
