In this workshop, Participants will:

•  Learn how other shops have structured their 1st and 2nd lines of defense.
• Which line “tests,” which line performs “monitoring,” and  what about “controls testing?”
• How does the frst line identify and assess the risk?
• How does the second line test, monitor and provide  advice without blurring responsibilities?
• Learn how these two functions operate and report to   senior/executive management. 
• Learn how open issues are tracked, monitored and closed.
• What are the expectations of the regulators?
