Barbara will discuss the FED's approach to the supervision and
regulation of fiduciary activities. Matters pertaining to BHCs/FHCs
will be covered, including the management of conflicts of interest
between fiduciary business lines and other business lines, as well as
other fiduciary business lines. Matters pertaining to the
supervision of State Member Banks will also be discussed.
