"Computer Crime and the Cyber Threat"

Doris will describe the cyber threat, which includes computer facilitated crimes as well as crimes against computers and networks. Computer facilitated crimes include White Collar Crime such as fraud schemes and Violent Crimes such as child exploitation, threats and extortion. Crimes against computers include viruses and distributed denial of services attacks. Following the explanation of the threat, she will present steps that an individual or company should take if they are a victim of one of the aforementioned crimes.
