Senior Trust Compliance Administrator
The Senior Trust Compliance Administrator controls risk through development, administration, documentation, ongoing maintenance and oversight of Trust Compliance programs; Develops comprehensive risk-based compliance programs for the Hancock Bank Trust line of business in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements; Acts as department liaison with internal, external and governmental examiners and auditors including management of all aspects of an independent internal controls examination in the form of a SAS 70 report.
A Bachelor's degree, preferably a JD, and at least five to ten years related experience and/or training is required. Knowledge of various facets of the Trust Department, including Retirement Plan Services, Corporate Trust, Personal Trust, Trust Investment, and Trust Operations is preferred.
