Warner Price is the Senior Administrative and Chief Compliance Officer for Banknorth Wealth Management Group, the trust division of Banknorth, NA. He graduated from Brown University in 1963 and began his trust career in 1969. He has worked in several trust departments over the years in personal trust and estate administration, corporate trust, and compliance and risk management. In his current position, he is responsible for the compliance function of the asset management group as well as Banknorth's Registered Investment Advisor in the six states in the Banknorth, NA footprint.

Mr. Price is a member of the Trust Committee of the Maine Bankers Association and is a member and past Chair of the Trust Committee of the New Hampshire Bankers Association.
