Professional Experience and History:
Currently the Audit Division Manager with overall responsibility for the financial, operational, information technology, and fiduciary audit functions for a Kansas bank holding company. I have worked in the banking industry since 1980 and have experience in all departments with varying size and complexity. In 1987, my first employer assigned me responsibility of starting, the first ever, audit department for the bank and trust department. Prior to joining my current employer in 1993, I worked as an Associate National Bank Examiner with the Comptroller of the Currency.
